After the CEO of a large pharmaceutical company is in a terrible car crash that leaves him in a coma, a private investigator looks into the secret drug that the company is developing and discovers a web of deceit and dark motives.

SYNOPSIS:

Steven Gilbert is the CEO of a large pharmaceutical company which recently merged with another to make it the world's largest pharma company in the world. After his wife dies from a malignant brain tumor two years prior, Steven begins to investigate into the other company’s prototype drugs in an attempt to find a cure.

However he uncovers sinister information on a secret bio-engineering project known as the “Red Dragon Lily” and copies the files to an external source.

The next day he re-unites with Andrea McPherson, a charming and quick witted woman he met several years ago during his senior year at Cornell University. During dinner, he mentions the project name to her. Later that night, as he drives his two daughters home, a black SUV slams into them head on leaving him in a coma and one of his daughters missing from the scene.

Andrea visits him in the hospital after hearing about the crash on the news and discovers that the company's board of directors want his teenage daughter to pull the plug on him so they can dissolve his majority stock.

The board doesn’t realize that Andrea is a highly lucrative private investigator with a powerful set of skills along with cutting edge technology at her disposal and she is ready to fight. She knows there is a connection between the “Red Dragon Lily” project and his unforeseen crash, but the deeper she digs, the more she unravels a web of lies, betrayal, and greed. Andrea uncovers that the recently acquired pharma company was founded by a group of Nazi scientists that were brought over to the US by president Harry S. Truman in 1945 during the aftermath of WWII under a classified secret operation called “Operation Paperclip”. These same scientist had been experimenting with a genetically modified virus which was clandestinely given to men, women and children of the Republic of Congo as polio vaccines back in the 1960s. This modified virus was later known as the HIV/AIDS virus.

As time ticks down to the board’s demand to pull the plug on Steven, Andrea uncovers a secret that may pull Steven out of his coma all together. However she is dogged by mysterious men who attempt to destroy her investigation and ultimately Steve’s life hangs in the balance. With time running out, Andrea must work quickly to uncover the truth and expose the the dark unethical secrets that the company is hiding before i'ts too late.
