Sherry Gore

Sherry Gore is editor-in-chief at Cooking & Such magazine, a weekly scribe for the national edition of the 125-year-old Amish newspaper The Budget, author of Simply Delicious Amish Cooking, Me, Myself and Pie and host of Toginet's Amish Wisdom (weekly talk radio show). She has three additional books under contract releasing in 2015/2016 with Harvest House and a memoir entitled The Plain Choice releasing Aug. 2015 with HarperCollins

Sherry is a year-round resident of Sarasota, Florida, the vacation paradise of the Plain People. Sherry’s culinary adventures have been featured on the Today show, NBC Daytime, Mr. Food Test Kitchen and ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC news affiliates across the country. Sherry was prominently featured on National Geographic Channel’s documentary Amish: Out of Order. She's a cooking show host and an official pie contest judge. She has three children and is a member of a Beachy Amish Mennonite church.
