About Roberta

Over the past several years Roberta has produced numerous small independent films, several of which have found their way into film festivals.
Roberta found her passion in film and television while making training video’s for a Northern California metropolitan fire department where she was a firefighter. She moved up through the ranks and eventually became an Assistant Fire Chief/Fire Marshal for the County of Sonoma, where she was responsible for multi-million budgets, managed large and small projects and supervised several staff. She has an AS Degree and holds Certificates in Business Management and Digital Filmmaking.
After leaving the fire department she attended film school. Armed with a meticulous nature and knack for statistics and numbers, Roberta became fascinated with the financial aspects of management and quickly set her sights on becoming a film producer. Armed with upper management experience and natural management instincts she is well suited for the management, budgeting and scheduling of feature films. Additionally, her excellent people skills, keen attention to detail, and her working chemistry with directors, got her high praise by her instructors and classmates in film school.

Roberta is currently working on the feature film: Catch of the Day, which is in the development stage.

Roberta lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and you can often find her a few miles from home hiking in the beautiful Northern California.
