Arkın Gelişin (1976 – )
Arkın Gelişin was born in Istanbul in 1976.
In 2004 he finished his education in Crime Psychology in Germany. He created an archive of many famous serial killers in about 13 years of research. While establishing these activities, he had a rich and unique archetype, interacting with the security and legal units of those countries themselves. He returned to Turkey in 2008. Between 2008 and 2011, he gave security trainings and seminars to private security companies in almost every region of Turkey. The first novel published in 2012, "Bir Seri Katilin Günlüğü – Uyanış (Diary of a Serial Killer – Awaken)" Arkın Gelişin was able to attract attention. The most important feature of the novel, which is in the form of psychological tension, is that an ordinary person is describing with his own words the tranformation into a serial killer. The novel is written in a diary form.
His second novel "Kansız (Bloodless)", which is the continuation of the first novel, was published in April 2014. Arkın Gelişin, who has a rich archives containing many famous serial killers and unpublished documents, has signed a big project. A cursory project consisting of serial killer biographies, including documents, information and visuals, which may be in archive to the curiosity and which has not been published. According to the initial plan, the work will be composed of 10 volumes. Each volume will be a full detailed biography of a serial killer. The first biography of the series is the biography of Ted Bundy, the world's number 1 serial killer.
Due to his expertise of Serial Killer Arkın Gelişin has participated in many television and radio programs.
