About Ann

Ann Fishman is a lawyer, entrepreneur and film producer. Ann's legal and business experience is diverse. She clerked for the Bergen County Prosecutor, was the in-house legal consultant to the corporate trust department of United Jersey Bank, practiced business to business civil litigation with F. Lee Bailey, and co-founded two technology development and distribution companies for which she served as General Counsel, working at the forefront of law and technology.

Ann has served clients in the areas of business entity formation, organization, and governance, business to business transactions and litigation, intellectual property protection and licensing, e-commerce, software development, product distribution and
entertainment law.

Ann is also a film producer who founded Night Dove Pictures which produced Marriage Material (2014) and SWIPED (2018), both of which she wrote, produced and directed. Marriage Material screens on Amazon Prime and SWIPED screened on Netflix from July 2019 to October 2021.
