Film (Drama) Actress Neglected and misunderstood by her family, disgusted by the frivolity of a provincial town's closed world, without any other horizon but casual sex as a pass-time, the sensitive and prude Magdalena Lazar hopes to find her fulfillment in the romance with her platonic boyfriend, the cadet Cezar Juravlea. But, following the intrigues of her so-called "best friend", Doina Agopian, who also has an eye for Cezar, Magda comes to believe that Cezar dumped her - right in the middle of her coming of age party. Distraught, she adds tranquilizers to alcohol and leaves he house unnoticed, soon to be found unconscious on street. Taken for dead, she is deposed to the mortuary - only to be raped by the necrophiliac attendant, Aurica Capatâna. This shock revives Magda, who turns out to have suffered only a clinical death. During the fuss that ensues, the hospital is assaulted by crowds of visitors eager to see the "wonder girl" supposed to have been "ressurected" and now "able to work miracles", while... Unhappy with what he considers an unfair verdict, he leaves the farm and moves to another village, getting a job as an ordinary worker in another farm. At first, he is upset by the very severe leader of that team, Mihai, but soon he discovers that his hard style is necessary to keep the work in good order and face all the problems. Film (Short and Comedy) Actress Comrade Sasu, executive of a furniture cooperative, plans to employ the brother of his young lover - so, he decides for a ridiculous plot: to match together his employee Alexandru Macinoiu with Comrade Rozalia, make them marry, then use the company rule that forbids two spouses to work together and transfer Macinoiu to another town, thus getting free the desired job. However, the two young people make a totally unfit couple, so Sasu tells Rozalia that after his retirement Macinoiu will get his position - thus, convincing her to marry him.
