About Gilbert

Dr Gilbert Gabriel (MA Film. B.Mus) is a songwriter, producer and composer whose music and songs have featured in TV, Films & Radio around the world. He received an Ivor Novello nomination and was awarded Gold records and BMI certificates for radio play and sales.
His credits include; The Dream Academy (Life in a Northern town. The Love Parade), whose music was included in the blockbuster Hollywood films Ferris Bueller’s Day Off; Trains, Planes and Automobiles and Diane Keaton’s Heaven. Independent films Paris (John Cale) and The Light Trap and collaborations with Massive Attack vocalist Shara Nelson, Polysterene (X ray Spex), Shola Ama and Kirsty Hawkshaw (Opus lll).
Gilbert is currently writing and recording a fourth Dream Academy album, as well finishing a solo project with Kroke’s Tomasz Kurkurba (Peter Gabriel/ Nigel Kennedy collaborator).

Reunion (2005)
Television (Drama and Mystery) Soundtrack A relentless New York City police detective, named Ken Marjorino, arrives in the town of Bedford, New York, to investigate the murder of a mysterious person at a 20th high school reunion. Through Marjorino's interviews with the suspects, the stories takes us back 20 years starting in 1986 where six close friends graduated from high school. They include good-natured and ambitious, blue-collared Will Malloy; wealthy and snobbish, white-collared Craig Brewster; overachieving but direction less Aaron Lewis; Craig's girlfriend Samantha Carlton who dreams of becoming a doctor; Samantha's best friend Carla Noll a struggling photographer; and the hip Jenna Moretti who's obsessed with becoming a world-famous actress. With each flashback we learn more about Will, Craig, Aaron, Samantha, Carla and Jenna over their various directions they take with their lives. Television (Animation, Comedy and Drama) Soundtrack King of the Hill is another animation hit for Beavis and Butthead creator Mike Judge, who also voices the starring character Hank Hill, a propane gas salesman in the fictional town Arlen, Texas. Hank is often besieged by the idiosyncrasies of society, but he finds (some) serenity in his home-life with his wife, substitute Spanish teacher Peggy, his awkward son Bobby and his live-in niece-in-law Luanne Platter. Adding flavor to the ordinary dish the series serves are Hank's friends, divorcee military barber Bill Dauterive, paranoid Dale Gribble (with an obsession with Government conspiracy theories) and gibberish spouting Boomhauer.
