Rick Bongiovanni

Rick is a self taught make-up artist who has worked as a Make-up Department Head, Key Make-up Artist as well as Assistant Make-up Artist. He has worked on large budget as well as low budget feature films and television productions. Rick shares his experience and knowledge as an instructor and has been instructing privately for several years. Rick was also the Head of Prosthetics for the Joe Blasco Make-up Centers. Rick attended St. Christopher's School and Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose, California. He then Enlisted in the US Army as a Combat Engineer. He left the Army with the Rank of Sergeant in 1987. He went on to become a Police Officer for the State of California, a Sheriff's Deputy for the County of Santa Clara and a Santa Clara County Park Ranger. Rick is also an accomplished Magician and a performing member of the World Famous "Magic Castle".
