I am 54 years old now and on September 5th, 2009, I decided to become a "DJ". When I first started, It was just something that I thought I would enjoy. I'll NEVER forget my very 1st broadcast. My first song started to play, and when the song was transitioning to the next I clicked on "push-to-talk" to engage the microphone. Can you say "STUTTER"?? NOTHING was coming out right, much less the broadcast sounding anything but professional!
During my journey, not only have I learned so much and met so many GREAT people, I have also been striving to reach my own personal goals, a few of which are becoming more professional after each and every presentation, but also getting to become better at making jingles, voiceovers and growing my listener base as well as the station. This can ONLY happen if I can fulfill the expectations that the audience demands! I look forward to many more months and even years of presenting you with not only great music and talk, but also bringing it to you in a way that entertains you beyond your wildest imagination! Thank you for listening.
