I’m a new screenwriter with a passion and niche in horror, particularly Blumhouse style horror. My first real decent feature screenplay is currently being written "UNSEEING EVIL", of which I created a proof of concept short script for and received a Recommend rating on script coverage for. In October 2019 I decided to make the short, so I got a great team on board, self funded it and Directed it. It's currently in its 2020 festival run and so far was selected for the Discover.Film streaming platform! You can watch that here if you want to take a look - https://discover.film/unseeing-evil/?term_id=1488
I've also written the first episode of what will be a 12 part Christmas horror limited anthology series (quite Tales of the Crypt inspired) and while in lockdown I am filming my second horror short "JEU-JEU" (a prequel but equal stand alone film in itself to "UNSEEING EVIL"), as well as writing my next POC short for its feature "DEFILED" (inspired by The Entity).
My aim is to continuously gain knowledge, experience and connections to build out my credibility and work and learn from the experience of others, while making some friends and having some fun along the way. My ultimate dream one day would be to work with Blumhouse, I love their style of horror films. People's work I love are: James Wan, David Sandberg, Leigh Whannell, Mike Flanagan, M.Night Shyamalan, Gary Dauberman, Ridley Scott, Rob Zombie...There's a lot (aside from the horror masters).
Please do reach out and especially if you want to talk horror, I could do that all day!
