Sailor Moon and the Sailor Scouts find a scientist name Michael Elfun who tells them about the stories of his father the first Dr. Elefun and builds a time traveling machine to 1968 to find Tobey Tenma. But as things even more darker as Queen Beryl is also in the 60's as well and she manages to brain wash Astro Boy and hack into robot systems and use Astro Boy against Sailor Moon and the Sailor Scouts in this big cross over story 

SYNOPSIS:

after the events of the 1st Sailor Moon story, Serena and her friends go to a museum to see a scientist name Dr. Michael Elefun who is Dr. Elfun's son and he tells the stories of Astro Boy and his father and builds a time traveling machine where Sailor Moon and Sailor Scouts time travel to 1968 to find Astro Boy and try to help him. But's a lot more harder then though because Astro Boy and Sailor Moon have fundamental views of what being a hero is about, Sailor Moon is about peace and justice, where Astro Boy is more about blowing things up and using violence. Things get even worse as Queen Beryl and Jadeite are also in the 60's as well and they also brain wash Astro Boy and hack into his systems and use Astro Boy as a weapon against Sailor Moon and the Sailor Scouts and convinces him that Sailor Moon and the Sailor Scouts are his enemy. Things get even more dark as Tobey is with the late Robert Kennedy as he is running for president in 1968 and Queen Beryl frames Sailor Moon and lies to Astro Boy saying that Sailor Moon killed RFK. And a huge battle takes place in Los Angeles as Astro Boy is fighting Sailor Moon, Sailor Mars, Sailor Mercury and Tuxedo Mask by the ambassador hotel in Los Angeles and a lot of explosions and flames are everywhere as Astro Boy and Sailor Moon battle and fight in this bloody and very violent cross over story.
