The daughters of Jack Utonium/Samurai Jack and Ashley Isenmen Utonium/Ashi are now teenage girls who are raised with sugar, spice, and everything nice. But danger comes as Jack's old enemy Richard Hardley also creates powerful Children of his own and creates Princess Morbucks and her evil powerful brothers known as the Rowdyruff boys. And The Powerpuff girls must stop Princess Morbucks and the Rowdyruff girls from destroying Townsvile. 

SYNOPSIS:

It's 20 years into the future. Jack and Ashley are still the same age because of their hidden powers as Samurai Jack and Ashi. But now how have 3 teenage daughters, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup. And they are girls that are created with Sugar, spice, and everything nice, And as girls go to high school, they become friends with a girl name Suzy Wallmen and her father sadly is working for Jack's old enemy Richard Hardly and he creates powerful children of his own in Princess Morbucks and The Rowdyruff boys. The Powerpuff girls at school also meet a teenager with red hair name Dexter and meet his sister Dee Dee. But as they do this, around the city, there is also Ed, Edd, and Eddy who are crazy young adults that are applying to work at the factory that is run by Mojo Jo Jo(But does not appear in the movie) by a young scientist name Mandark runs the factory and works for Hardly and Mojo Jo Jo. Johnny Bravo is also in this story as someone who lives an apartment in Townsville and Jack friends him at the girls 16th birthday party. Suzy Wallmen's dad sadly gets killed by Princess Morbucks and Rowdyruff boys and they kidnap Suzy and locker away from society and has to be their slave in almost every field. The girls notice this right away and they right away use their powers to break into Hardly's house in Townsville and confront Princess Morbucks and Rowdyruff boys and destroy the property and blow up the house, Mojo Jo Jo is not pleased and happy with what happen and he takes out a PP7 gun and shoots Richard in the head and kills him and then tells the Rowdyruff boys and Princess Morbucks that the powerpuff girls killed their father.

And what happens is that Morbucks uses her evil powers and creates an army of super powered monsters and Princess Morbucks finds out that Professor Jack Utonium is really Samurai Jack and she declares war on Samurai Jack and his daughters, Jack very weak and his powers not fully charged, tells his daughters they have to fight Princess Morbucks and the Rowdyruff boys and save Townsville and the mayor of Townsville. Morbucks and Rowdyruff boys have also kidnapped Dee Dee. The girls rally together to kill Princess Morbucks and also also kill the Rowdyruff boys and save Dee Dee, the mayor, Miss Bellum,

But the war has just begun in the Cartoon Network Cinematic Universe, as Dee Dee and Dexter and their family move out of Townsville and they move to New Jersey and Dexter's old lab in Townsville becomes abandoned and the girls tell Dee and Dexter that they can't see them anymore. And towards end of the story, Jack ends up drinking a special chemical that Dexter created as a scientist and Jack and Ashley end up getting stronger and gaining their powers and abilities back as samurai Jack and Ashi and as Jack opens his eyes, Jack's eyes turn red and it's more apparent that Professor Utonium had turned back into Samurai Jack and has his strength back and is ready to use his Samurai powers and Samurai Sword to not only help the Powerpuff girls, but also help anyone who is danger as Mojo Jo Jo becomes more and more powerful and as more enemies come in the future.
