Faced with hostile, rock ‘n roll, hip hop surfing monsters who really, really dislike humans - the teenagers are challenged to overcome their own fear of these bizarre creatures -- until, finally, the humans' and monsters' shared love of surfing enables them both to see themselves in each other & band together to defeat a common & super-scary foe.
