Bay Area native Mike Heff wrote his first screenplay “High Beliefs” in 2018 at the age of 28. Prior to that he spent his life as a musician, playing drums in a touring rock band. His experiences on the road, along with the overwhelming desire to fulfill his creative ambitions lead to the creation of his first short film “Punk Kids” (to be released). In 2012 Mike Heff began to direct and produce music videos for his band and other artists around the Bay Area.
