MDI International is a leader in the marketing of new and unique products and services through direct response, catalog and retail distribution, as well as network, cable and satellite television. With such diverse programs and infomercials as The Senior Class, Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc., Active Living, MyLifeCard International, The Diet Coach, The American Spotlight, Foot Efx, Rocket Balloons, The Sinclair Intimacy Institute, MagicVision, and From Wrecks To Riches to name a few.

A few of the unique products MDI has brought to the marketplace are; Weight Talker II, the world's only talking bathroom scale, The SITTA, a child tracking system, Hexaglot the world's first 6 language electronic translator, The Travel Connection, The Grip Mentor, Better Sex Video Series, Glass-Master, The Studmarker, Candle Song, The Jeopardy Challenger and The Gold Key starring Oscar-winner Ray Milland, one of America's first "Reward Mystery" home videos.

Kutok, 76 first established himself in the world of television while still in college. Since then, he has successfully produced and directed programs for many of the major networks, cable networks, and advertising agencies in addition to many of the fortune 500 companies.

For more than nine years he served as a free-lance director for most of Chicago's broadcast stations. During which he produced and directed hundreds of hours of programming as well as national and local commercials.

In 1974 he branched out on his own and formed MDI International in association with Tri-Com Productions of Hilton Head Island, SC. The joint firms produced programs and commercials for many of the major sports networks. Some of the major events Kutok directed were the Sea Pines Golf Classics, Road Atlanta Races, PKA Kick boxing, The Mike Douglas Show, and the Miss. Teenage America Pageants.

Kutok returned to the Chicago area where he expanded his foothold in television production through his association with Chicago Video Inc. His weekly program "Shoppers Showcase" which ran for over three years nationally was the for-runner of today's Home Shopping programs.

For the past thirty-five years he has produced hundreds of local and national commercials, infomercials, product presentations, speaker support and nationwide talk and information television programs.
