A**HOLE (SHORT)
By Jordan Wilson

GENRE: Comedy
LOGLINE:

A friendly people-person looks to figure out whether or not he's an a**hole, but the more he searches for answers, the more he pisses people off in the process.

SYNOPSIS:

Friendly, happy-go-lucky Nick isn’t paying attention one morning, and knocks over a stranger’s coffee. The stranger gets mad, calls Nick an asshole.

Nick’s world is rocked.

Out to redeem himself, Nick attempts to engage with a few others on his way to work. But they also respond negatively. As though he’s some kind of asshole.

Could Nick be an asshole and not even realize it?

Nick looks within, concludes that assholes are oblivious… and so is he. But another chance encounter with the stranger from earlier teaches him that’s only half the equation. Sure, assholes are oblivious, but beneath that is apathy. Assholes don’t care enough to soul search the way Nick has.

Nick may have some work to do, but he’s no asshole. Not quite anyway…
