About Kate

I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts where I earned my BFA in Film, with a focus in Screenwriting and Cinematography. My skills and experience include; research, story development, and screenwriting in both short and feature length forms. As a writer, I enjoy in-depth research and character development. With my experience as Cinematographer, I am very much focused on visual storytelling and fine details. I am predominantly a drama writer, but I am experienced in other genres. My particular interests are in the mystery, thriller, and crime genres.
