DECISION POINT

DECISION POINT
By Scott Nelson

GENRE: Drama
LOGLINE:

Ray Olson is the proprietor of a seedy motel. He has a “hobby” of watching and filming his guests. Until one day, his voyeurism leads him to discover a sinister terrorist plot.

SYNOPSIS:

Ray likes to spy on his guests. He likes watching their lives and filming them while they’re staying at his motel. Ray has come to expect his guests to behave in a predictable way. He’s seen the drama, the nudity and the predictable routine of their everyday life. Ray thought he’d seen it all until one day he accidentally stumbles across a ruthless terrorist plot right on his doorstep.

The easy thing to do is leave it alone and let the police handle it. But in spite of what everyone thinks about him, Ray is a good guy who wants to do the right thing. Without warning, Ray finds himself drawn into the terrorist’s plot as he attempts to stop it. And in the process, Ray risks both his freedom and his life as he puts together a team of friends to try to protect the targets of the plot from certain death.

The story deals with a basic social issue, namely people decide about who a person is with incomplete information. It happens to all of us, and we are the worse for it.

This is a gripping and powerful tale filled with suspense, murder, drama, and intrigue. Decision Point is a story about making difficult and courageous decisions at the risk of losing everything and everyone.
