Jason, a survivalist, who things that they are here to destroy us. Peter, who finds their arrival the end of Wonder on Earth. Connie, who sees this as her big break at fame. Billy, who hopes to join them and see the Universe. And Gene, who is cast down by life, and sees nothing good in this for him.
