Khaili Sam-Sin

I am an independent filmmaker and television writer. Additionally I write short stories. Most of my work if not comedy is noir and psychological thriller. I draw a lot of inspiration from my roots in Southern Louisiana where there is a dark, gothic history. I am a woman of color and my writing reflects the issues facing Southern and Caribbean women of color. My comedic style reflects the issues of minorities in general in America as I am mixed race and have experienced multiple faces of racial divides in America and the Caribbean.
