While in a coma, a surly surgeon struggles with the decision to either stay in the subconscious romance with his deceased high school fiance or the real world romance with her best friend.

SYNOPSIS:

Mason Brady is a heartbroken Doctor who lost his High School fiance, Riley, to Leukemia 10 years ago. Riley's best friend, (Cassie), and Mason find comfort and solace in each other. Eventually, Cassie falls in love with Mason and while he tries to return the love, grief and regret hinder it.

Mason hits his head and falls into a coma.

Mason reunites with Riley as they set out on an adventures to recapture their young love. Mason's body is in the hospital hooked to monitors with Cassie distraught, while his mind is falling in love with Riley for a second time and no determination to come out of it.

Mason's decision either to stay and marry Riley or return to a waiting Cassie, could cost him everything.

The doctors agree that there is nothing medically preventing Mason from regaining consciousness, however he may want to stay. Ironically, it is Riley who urges him into the biggest decision that will change the course of his life.
