A Chinese traveler teams up with a Western blacksmith on a mission to destroy a mythical jade before it can fall into the wrong hands.

SYNOPSIS:

Howie Donnels enjoys his slow life as a blacksmith. That’s about to change when his childhood friend, Liu Xia, arrives at his farm. She requires his assistance to find a special jade that could destroy the lives of innocent people if it falls into the wrong hands. Howie accepts Xia’s request and sets off with her.

When Howie finally stumbles onto the jade, he suddenly falls under its powerful spell. In fact, he forces Xia to help him assassinate Western thieves that are not even connected to the jade. With the help of her uncle Liu An, she snatches the jade away from the possessed Howie.

According to An, the jade must be eradicated at a Colorado gold mine before sunrise. Xia must muster up all her strength if she ever wants to save Howie from the jade’s eternal curse.
