Compelled by circumstances to take a chaotic trip through the Peruvian mountains with a free-spirited French artist, an uptight New York executive, much to his own surprise, discovers true love for the first time in his life. But, being who he is, how can he stop himself from blowing it?
It’s Planes, Trains, Automobiles… and Donkeys!
SYNOPSIS:
Matt Campbell, a handsome, pampered executive, leads a very cosy Manhattan life working for his dominating father, and living with his strong-willed fiancée, Sarah. He goes with the flow.
Reluctantly, he has to go to Cusco, Peru, to deliver a speech for an important client. His trip, however, gets complicated as his flight from Lima to Cusco gets cancelled, and he has to go overland. He ends up travelling with Melanie, a free spirited French girl, who just lost her job (and therefore her work visa) when Matt’s company took over her account.
The two spar with each other as she bails him out of one disaster after another on their three-day journey through the mountains. Despite themselves, they end up falling for each other. They arrive at Cusco to find Matt’s father and fiancée there, worried about his disappearance. Due to his own indecision and confusion, Matt loses Melanie and must chase after her to Machu Picchu in a last ditch effort to win her back.

You are definitely a talented writer Stewart. Keep at it. I'm sure your break is just around the corner. Great job again. Btw it kind of reminds me of six day seven nights.
