I have written 84 scripts for a proposed procedural one-hour drama ~ The God-King's Hundred. It is intended for international audiences and targets teens and young adults. "TRUE STORIES OF WHAT 100 PEOPLE WERE WILLING TO DO TO GET BACK THEIR DIGNITY AND MORE."

Katheryn Maddox Haddad lives in Casa Grande, AZ, between Phoenix and Tucson where she doesn't haven't to shovel sunshine. She has written 16 historical novels and fifty non-fiction books. Her novels are all based on true stories and are set between 1000 BC and 100 AD. She spends an average of 300 HOURS RESEARCHING each one before she even begins writing—ancient historians such as Josephus, archaeological digs so she can know the layout of cities, their language culture, and politics.

She is pitching the pilot for a proposed procedural one-hour TV drama for teens and young adults. THE GOD KING. Think "Highway to Heaven", "Touched by an Angel" and "Hercules: Legendary Journeys". She has written 84 episodes, each with an underlying theme of concerns of today's young adults (ethics, etc.) She has access to 320 acres and a small village FREE for filming.

Unique traits: I am going to give you the unique traits of my proposed TV procedural drama series ~ THE GOD-KING'S HUNDRED..... TRUE STORIES OF WHAT 100 PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO DO TO GET BACK THEIR DIGNITY AND MORE. (1.) This is not to be churchy. (2.) The music will be similar to "Army of Kings" with strong marching cadence and a few angels singing in the background. (3.) Costumes will be more like medieval than first century in order to avoid stereotype. No one wears robes but kings and priests and governors. Everyone else wears tunics. (4.)The 12 apostles will wear the head dress of the country they are from based on where they went after the God-King left. So, (a) Philip will wear Egyptian headdress,(b) Thomas will wear Indian, (c) Matthew will wear Ethiopian, etc. (5.) Strong sci-fi special effects in order to illustrate what is happening that is unseen to the human eye such as a demon hovering over someone or etc. (6) Gear vocabulary to present day. None of this British accent stuff that so many productions do when they are portraying the Middle East. (7) Actors are or look like people of the countries their characters are from. (8) The audience gets to choose the ending so they can be participants in the show. (9) A website is set up to give historical citations of the basis of each episode's accuracy. (10) The website also has a section of Life-Application Questions for viewers who identify with any of the characters.

81-JESUS, THE GOD-KING Budget: $1M - $5M | Historical ⋄ Family The God-King had appears to his aides many times since coming back to life. They know one of those visits will be the last one.
82-SADDUCEES Budget: $1M - $5M | Historical ⋄ Family Now back in his own spirit realm, the God-King sends his aides his spirit to give them his courage. They go public despite death threats by the Sanhedrin which is ruled by the Rich Sadducees.
