About Fernando

Fernando was born in Havana, Cuba and raised in San Francisco, California. He studied Graphic Design at the Academy of Art College and Liberal Arts at the University of San Francisco. Fernando worked for years in the Advertising industry as Art Director and Creative Director for several top agencies. He has been writing screenplays for over 20 years and in the past two years has won awards or been selected at over 30 different film festivals and screenwriting competitions around the world. Fernando's latest screenplays, Where the Leopards Dream, and The Resonance have both received positive coverage and selected for the "Best of Stage 32" Lookbook. Fernando is a voracious reader, prolific writer, and is also a singer/songwriter in his spare time. Fernando lives and works in sunny Redondo Beach, California.
