SYNOPSIS:

 Taggers 

  With death and persecution on the line, a team of rebellious graffiti artists inspire a revolution by outwitting the greedy corporate alliance in the year 2099. 

The United States is a police state. The government has given way to corporate rule. Politics are outlawed. The police are the corporations army. People live in quadrants according to their social status. A resistance has formed and an underground group of graffiti artists or taggers emerge sporadically from the underground,  painting eye-catching political murals. Highly illegal. They are sparking unrest with the corporate leaders of the country and inspiring revolution and hope for the oppressed.  

  This episode begins with the graffiti vandals finishing up a political art piece underneath a bridge  just as the police street sweeper unit arrives, narrowly escaping, closing the sewer grate and escaping underground into their home, the tunnels.

  Retreating to their underground headquarters. The graffiti team blends back into society as the police search vigorously throughout the city streets.

The future holds many technological advances and the police are in possession of most of them. 

 DNA left behind by one of the artists is picked up by one of the police DNA retrieval guns. positively identifying one of the vandals and putting her life at risk. As they descend upon her position, she narrowly escapes and is transported to the beyond regions. There, a group of revolutionary military people are gathered and training for a revolution.

  The police then infiltrate the tunnels with drones and are technologically outwitted by the defense system of the graffiti artists. Frustrated and ready to take down the Vandals the corporate leader Mr. Premiere orders his flunky Mr. Counterfeit to put pressure on the police department to bring them in.

 Both teams meet and plan their next assault upon each other. The graffiti vandals plan to hit Mr. Premieres house itself in the corporate quadrant, while the police forge a plan to infiltrate the tunnel system and bring down the taggers once and for all.

  The revolution army in the beyond regions trains without interruption, as they prepare for the upcoming invasion. Meanwhile the  graffiti vandals prepare for their stealth night mission coming up. They must infiltrate the corporate quadrant which is heavily guarded. The street sweeper police unit prepares to enter the tunnel system and the vandals head out into the night. But the police team sent to the tunnel system gets a mortal surprise from an unlikely sinister enemy.
