WAR Retroactive is a feature film starring Marc John Jefferies, who featured as young 50 Cent in the movie Get Rich or Die Trying. In addition, features Mr. Cheeks of the legendary grammy award winning Hip Hop group The Lost Boys, Anthony Aveni from the classic movie Bronx Tale and many more notable music artists, actors and actresses you may recognize.

The story that takes place in Bushwick Brooklyn, New York based on the life of a teenager caught in an era when the agenda was a WAR on Drugs, Crime, Mass Incarceration and Gang Violence in 1993. The lead character Jason, played by Marc John Jefferies encounters elements, circumstances and poor choices that lead him to being incarcerated at Rikers Island and quickly learns about the effects of dirty politics, mass incarceration and the beginning of a gang war that started on Rikers Island and spread throughout the New York State prison system.
