Nice to meet you all! My name is Logan Palmer, I am a 23 year old screen writer in San Diego who has experience writing both shorts and features. My scripts have done well in festivals, receiving awards in national competitions and making for some great experiences (check out my page to see more)!

The main reason why I joined stage32 was to meet other people who I could learn from and work with. People who could swap scripts with me for review, as well as film makers who might be interested in collaborating and making films together.

If you are looking for a good script to produce, my screenplays range from 8 pages to 100 pages, and I am a great team player! Or if you want someone to read your script and give an honest opinion, we can swap scripts and connect as writers. Whatever your film making journey is, I would love to be a part of it. I have an 8 page comedy script about a washed out drug dealer who falls in love with one of his clients. I am looking for an animator who would be interested in making it come to life. So I am new to this app and I wanted to intro my self. I am a film maker and I am looking for great short stories/screen plays. Any advice is welcomed.

I have written a feature script I am proud of. I have entered it in a few large festivals (500+ entries), but I feel like in massive contests like this even great scripts can get passed by. What steps should I take to get my script read by the right person, or perhaps someone who could give it great constructive criticism? Pay for an eval by stage32 or blacklist ($200)? Send to a talent agency? Enter some small festivals and get a few laurels if possible?

Still rather new to this, so any advice helps. Thank you and happy film making!
