About Ryan

I am the Founder of Elevated Media, a production company dedicated to creating quality content that elevates above the noise of busy social media feeds.

I started my creative career in high school by creating this company and producing numerous videos for different high school venues. I shot and edited multiple videos highlighting the student section during my the Friday night football games to increase attendance. I also worked on many live performances through the media department at my high school, operating cameras for a live feed output to YouTube.

As I dove deeper into the industry, I found myself on the set of "Rain Beau's End," an independent feature film that is currently in post-production as of Winter 2019. There I worked alongside industry professionals, like Richard Botto (founder and CEO of Stage 32) and Joe Orlandino (founder of Atlas Media Ventures). I also got involved in larger-scale productions like Chicago Med, being cast as paid background talent for a 7 day period.

Going into college, my ambition was at an all-time high. I quickly immersed myself in the media community at UIUC, involving myself in The Fashion Network, Illini Film and Video, the American Advertising Federation, and numerous other freelance opportunities. Within AAF, I joined CTRL+V, the media production agency. Through my outstanding work for that agency, I was personally invited to join Midnight Oil, the student-run, full-service advertising agency of AAF as a Freshman, which is very rare.

Over the summer of 2020, I was lucky enough to have the ability to work my internship for Dim Events online. I was a videography intern, mainly editing down 2+ hour online zoom events down into multiple 2 minutes snippets to be posted on the company's social media pages. As the summer drew to an end, I looked toward my second year of college to fill my media production needs once more. I reached out to sororities, creating videos for their upcoming online recruitment process.

I continue to look for newer and bigger opportunities to further enrich my knowledge of the advertising/entertainment industry and help develop my future career.
