"Vital Vittles" Trailer - 48 hour film project Orlando 2013

Sick from the high prices of supermarket food, one man's struggles with how to make ends meat. This is the trailer to the film made by Team FITUMI, in association with Ducks in a Row Productions, for the Orlando 48 Hour Film Project 2013. The premiere screening is Thursday, September 5th, 2013 at Orlando's Premiere Cinemas.

"Past Due" - Director's Cut - 48 Hour Film Project - Tampa/St.…

A family of Super Heroes faces the typical American family problem - how will they fix it? This is Team FITUMI's submission to the 48 Hour Film Project Tampa/St. Petersburg 2013 (with some minor edits to fix a couple sound issues we ran out of time to address and add about 15 seconds of footage not seen in the official submission).

My first ever film! I got to shoot, I had a tremendous amount of help with lighting, set design, camera-work, direction and editing from the awesome Rich Roddman, who wanted to help a bunch of "moms and kids" to make a film for the 48 Hour Film Project. It was so much fun being the producer, finding the talent, securing the locations, amassing the gear we used (camera, audio equip, etc). I had a couple kids running audio, so we ran into some glitches with it, but overall, I'm proud of what we were able to turn out on limited time and general "noob" status!

False Alarm

Team FITUMI's submission for the Orlando 48 HFP 2012. My 3rd 48 Hour Film Project - they say "3rd time's the charm" but I'm still holding out for more. I got to work with some friends from the last project (Ashley, Richard), recruited some newer folks (Jake, Jim, James Trussell) and got to work again with the consummate pro editor and all-around film mentor, Rich Roddman of SilverBox Studios. Our team jumped through logistical hoops and overcame some specific challenges, and we still managed to get our film made on time and under budget! :)

HOTLINE

My 2nd 48 Hour Film Project as Team Leader of FITUMI. I had a great time working with some of the new folks I met and recruited for this project, including Ashley, Richard and Jonathan Irizarry, The edit could be better, and when I have time, I want to re-edit the film to take out a few bobbles. Overall, I'm happy with what we could do in such a short period of time, especially given some of the obstacles we had to overcome!
