About Eugene

I'm experienced low budget film and animated films producer, who produced feature films in the USA, Europe and Eastern Europe (including Los Angeles, New York, London, Moscow, Sofia, St. Petersburg, Kiev and Crimea), and who also directed a number of short and feature projects. I've worked on films with budgets between $600,000 and $10,000,000. I know how to save a lot in production and post-production, how to get stars, how to get high quality digital effects for 1/5th of the the US cost and how to sell and deliver a picture to distributors. Currently I'm producing a feature film shot in 3D, which is in post-production now.
