I am an awardwinning composer and lifelong pianist.
I've performed my original piano music all over the U.S. as well as in the U.K., Canada, Spain, France, and the Dominican Republic. Highlights of my discography include two full-length CDs of original solo piano music, "October Wind" (2005) and "Whereas" (2011, currently entered in the 55th GRAMMY Awards competition), plus two orchestral works on the compilation CD Light and Shadow (2011, PARMA Recordings / Navona Records).
My concert catalog includes music for solo piano, various chamber ensembles, full orchestra, a clarinet concerto, chorus with orchestra, and all types of choral ensembles. My music is available for licensing from MusicSupervisor.com and from PARMA Licensing.
I orchestrated the music for the feature film “Westender” (2003, music by Rob Simonsen). I wrote, recorded, and produced the music for the three hour video documentary “A History of the University of Oregon” (2007). Additionally, I wrote, recorded, and produced the music for two successful Taiwanese CD-ROM games in the late 1990s.
I hold a BMus summa cum laude from Westminster Choir College of Rider University (1998) and an MM from the University of Oregon School of Music (2001).
