This is the story of women from two different generations who find themselves in different phases of their lives. Only with maturity do we find true freedom, or at least look in hindsight at how disoriented we were, some ten to twenty years earlier...‎

La sang, de Mercè Rodoreda

Well into old age, Carme reviews her life since she was 11 when she was a woman, having the first menstruation, until the road to aging with the arrival of menopause. Carme relives the most important moments of her life, especially the years of happiness with her husband, since they were dating, going through their wedding, and for all 40 years in which she has been happy by her side aging together, until to the loneliness that has involved the death of her husband.

Silenci (2007)

After thirty years of being a daughter, wife and mother, Dolors decides to see what happens when she tries thinking of herself for the first time. Dolors has to learn how to follow her own path to its end, and be strong enough not to look back - to home, and a husband she still loves and respects, but who has still to learn to listen to his wife and find out what her needs are.

Una ombra al meu camí (2004)

Vicky comes back to Barcelona, the city where she was born, and where as a girl she spent happy holidays with her father. Now it seems that Barcelona is bringing back too many memories for one day, and that's why she won't leave Barcelona until she has visited her father's grave.

Mohamed (2001)

It seems that everyone blames Mohamed, a Moroccan immigrant in Spain, because of his origins. Ignorance is the worst disease.

Torrella, una vida pel cinema (1997)

A reflective account on the life and work of Catalonian filmmaker Josep Torella i Pineda. This documentary, shot from the perspective of a young, filmmaking ingenue, lends itself to gently initiate the spectator from the life and work of the man into a revealing look at his career not merely as a filmmaker and angry writer but also as Josep Torella the friend, husband, confidant and patriarch as told by those closest to him.
