A professional young couple expecting their first child flee an overcrowded city only to become entangled in the murderous plot of psychotic siblings in the suburbs. 

SYNOPSIS:

Ellie and Tom Westley have set their sites on a cozy little home in Brightshores, Long Island to raise the child she carries. Unbeknownst to the stock trader and his wife, their new neighbors are brother and sister with a murderous history. Life in the sleepy little town along the south shore soon becomes treacherous as their self-medicating, Botox-addicted neighbor begins a killing spree to ease her maddening migraines. Ellie and Tom will need all the help they can get to survive their deceivingly bucolic relocation.
