A female sheriff tries to stop a murderer, the man’s possessed, she hides in the woods but now he’s found her, unless she can destroy him the town she loves will be destroyed.

SYNOPSIS:

An African American female Sheriff and her partner respond to the murders piling up in their small town. The bodies are mutilated by what appears to be a wild animal that lives in the nearby woods. The Sheriff's station has been receiving reports that there is a strange man dressed in a black cloak terrorizing the town's residents. Since there is a bad storm the Sheriff feels its too dangerous to send her deputies out there to investigate. The Sheriff doesn’t believe it’s anything more than a crime being committed by something natural and explainable. Her partner and her dear friend believe that this is something else. They believe it's an evil spirit out for vengeance. The secret order of lodge masters in town formulates a team to go into the woods and kill the spirit that they believe has possessed one of their own mystical lodge members. This member had sworn to hold the spirit captive and keep the town safe, but he has failed. What the team finds out there is more than what they are equipped to deal with. They fight and are almost beaten when they look to the only one strong enough to help them. Unfortunately, the one they wait for is somnolent inside the body of a young girl and they are unaware who the girl is, and whether or not the spirit will show in time to save the small town of Monroe.
