I'm a passionate filmmaker and scriptwriter from Madrid, Spain. Growing up, I always felt a special connection to the audiovisual medium and the arts. After living in Ireland and Canada for brief periods of time and visiting cities as relevant to filmmaking as Los Angeles, I had my career decision clear. At age 16, I started shooting my first short films and joining filmmaking courses.
I joined the Bachelor's Degree in Film, TV and Media Studies offered in English by Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. During this period, I had the opportunity to write screenplays under the guidance of award-winning scriptwriters and shoot a number of fiction and non-fiction projects. I've also had wonderful professional opportunities such as becoming an intern for Mediaset España, the country's biggest media conglomerate.
After finishing my Bachelor’s, I was offered a place at the prestigious University of York, where I'm currently studying an MA in Film and TV Production with Directing.
