There are 26 Divisions of the COA and growing rapidly.

II would like to share this interview with Condo Owners. I had an interview on That Channel as Founder CEO of the COA Condo Owners Association. This interview was launched a few years ago and the COA influenced many important changes for Condo Owners working with the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services since launch in March 2010. The COA advocated changes to the Condo Act, Property Management Licensing and a whole slew of other recommendations. Some changes are great, others are not.
