I played with a number of different rock bands growing up. I enjoyed the creative collaborative process - writing, arranging, recording, touring, producing videos etc. This lead to a career as a full-time musician/recording artist which gave me an excellent grounding in my present career
In 2007 I went to Australia and worked on HBO’s 10-part WW2 mini-series The Pacific. This sparked a growing interest in filmmaking and returned to Ireland to study. I gained a first in Multimedia - B.Sc.(Hons) - from Dublin City University in 2011.
Since graduation I have been working as a freelance media creative in a variety of different roles: writing; directing; editing; DOP/camera Op; sound design; VFX/motion graphics; web design; digital marketing and various non-technical production roles.
Unique traits: Modesty is probably my greatest trait.
