About Matt

Matt MacLennan has had the privilege of working a career that includes both comedy and drama and spans formats including video games, feature films and television. He has written on over a dozen Gemini nominated television shows including: Call Me Fitz, The Listener, Degrassi, Billable Hours, Whistler, Republic of Doyle and, recently, his co-written feature film, Irvine Welsh’s Ecstasy enjoyed its premiere. Currently, Matt works as a writer on the latest installment of Ubisoft Toronto’s AAA video game Splinter Cell franchise, Splinter Cell: Blacklist.
