A specialist team work together combining their skills and diverse backgrounds to combat threats including terrorist cells, organized crime, outlaw gangs and criminals all beyond the reach of traditional methods while dealing with their own personal doubts and friction within the team and the secretive agenda of their covert masters.

SYNOPSIS:

The covert government organisation a brings team together to combat treats beyond the reach of regular law enforcement and other agencies. Members are drawn from the FBI, CIA, Army intelligence, and also include a washed up former navy SEAL with a drinking problem, a hacker and an IRA terrorist who they happen to have broken out of a British prison.

Their mission is to do what ever it takes to get the job. This causes some guilt, personal doubts and friction within the team.

In the pilot episode the team, Price from the FBI, Dunn from the CIA and and Riley from Army Intelligence are tasked by the mysterious Colonel Briggs to recruit a former Navy SEAL recently kicked out of SWAT, a hacker being held in a CIA black site and a master thief, forger and suspected terrorist from a British prison.

Their first assignment - After the case against him is thrown out of court a serial killer is in hiding taunting a small town police department with threats to keep killing. The team must find and stop him before he strikes.
