About Martha

Martha is a screenwriter and author who writes four-quadrant action adventures, Hallmark-style romance features, and family features. Her Christmas romance THE TWELVE DISHES OF CHRISTMAS EVE is a finalist in Emerging Screenwriters' Family and Holiday Competition and a semi-finalist for Emerging Screenwriters Genres Competition. She is also writing an historical drama feature adaptation of her middle-grade book FIRE AND FORGIVENESS, the true story of a nun and her brave schoolgirls who were caught in the midst of the Civil War burning of Columbia, SC.

Martha is an award-winning former TV news and special projects producer, writer, reporter, videographer, and editor, with 20 years' experience producing, writing, and collaborating on live and taped TV programs. She is also a retired technical editor for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. Yes, people always ask if there are little green aliens stashed there. She can neither confirm nor deny! :-)
