Synopsis

Video footage on my Stage 32 Wall

Global Movements Create Global Opportunities documentary tackles multicultural issues that impact all cultures, backgrounds and populations. Conferences, fairs and events will be highlighted along with subject matters like Economics, Geography, Education, Television, Radio, Politics, Arts, Music, Movies, Food, Religion, and STEM, etc.

This work will bring the words to life in a form that is riveting and powerful. The main characters would be narrators in each country. Professional actors locally and internationally will be included. Extras will be utilized throughout in every country.

The main plot points are the following

Multicultural Issues (Government, Economic, Arts, Communication, Business, STEM)

Cross Cultural Themes

Sports

Social Media

Internet

Story Structure

Topics would be diverse and highlight the positive attributes of each country for all age groups. Funding will be divided up to allow inclusion of most countries. The budget will include hiring local talent. This 1 hour video of the Making of Global Movements Create Global Opportunities Documentary would communicate those concepts of the long term project.

Narrative Trajectory

Concrete examples in each country that highlight cultural and touristic sites would be incorporated. Community Service and Volunteer funding will be utilized to encourage more involvement by local educational institutions. The Funding for Internship and Scholarship Programs book will be used as a main resource.

Local and global businesses will be showcased and featured. Arts will be given special attention, due to budget cuts, along with STEM. Students and faculty will be featured. TV and Radio personalities can be used throughout.

Characters are relatable to everyday life. Real People. Real Stories. Real Reporting.

Audience

All demographics will be included. The variety of topics and subject matters will be inclusive and entertaining.

Themes Global Communication, Disaster Preparedness, Funding

Issues Politics, Building Bridges, Space, STEM, Infrastructure

Challenges, Climate Change, Environment

Why is this topic important? Timely? Relevant

Cultural Relevance encourages Global Peace. All subjects will be documented and are relevant to the times we live in.

Hi Tasha, I went to the synopsis that you showed above and it covered a lot of areas. This seems more like a TV Series, not a stand alone documentary. I think you need a short sample of the documentary or documentary series. Difficult to shoot in this pandemic world, but not impossible. I have shot documentary footage and the cost compared to scripted material with actors and a full crew is substantially less. If you can't shoot any footage right now, show previous documentary material you've shot that is representative of your style.

Thank you for your input Eugene. I appreciate it. Initially, this project was a few hours. However, I realized the scope of the project was broader and more relevant to today's times. I'm open to reworking the original idea and budget. My ebook Funding for Internship and Scholarship Programs will assist with most cost. Most of the revenue will be reinvested in local communities.

I am an Avid TV watcher, This would peak my interest as i teach Diversity to many organizations.

I love losing myself into a show so that i can shut out the outside world.

Then this series might be the answer. All proceeds will be reinvested in local communities. It will highlight the positive attributes of each countries culture and global economy. My plan is to make it so binge worthy that the audience can’t wait for the next episode.

I like the threshold you envelope and the breath of the story. This documentary is needed in today's forum of newsworthy information... Because of the costs of production and other obstacles, I wish you 100% success.

One example is playing the Exchange Rate Game. Where when able I use it to save and scale. When I traveled and lived abroad, I tested this out successfully while writing my first novel.

Since after 2001 Sept, many IT programmers were losing jobs to out sourcing. I was one of them, but all had a purpose. Today, those third world countries are thriving and I too have not lost a thing but gained experience by moving to different fields and exposures. Nice Topic. Thank you.

I second what another reviewer said that this works as a series. There's a lot of ground to cover from STEM, to the Arts, to Food, Radio, Politics, Climate Change, etc. These might best fit in an episodic format!

Hi Tasha, would you consider this as a limited series but still in documentary form, like Eye on the Prize? I like that you gave a synopsis and more information about your documentary as I don't think just a logline would have been enough.

Absolutely Angel. The project is better suited for that type of genre. I see you have lived in the DMV for a significant amount of time. I have spent a large portion of my life in that area as well.

One great illustration is combining location scouting and events.

The first Fedele.org conference, which I had the pleasure of attending by invitation only, took place in Marbella, Spain. On my Stage 32 Wall, see film clip on Marbella location.
