About Jaime

Like most children raised on a Texas farm, Jaime wanted to be an astronaut. Much to her parents' disappointment, she grew up to write and direct a short film, The Whale, which was a Region II Finalist for the 39th Student Academy Awards and won the 2011 Americas Regional Kodak Film School Cinematography Award. Two of her shorts are currently airing on ShortsTV.

Jaime's career goal is to write and direct end-of-innocence tales.

Jaime would like to write on HBO's His Dark Materials.
