Davy Ndlovu The is the Director and founder of TSDT and is a key person in the work that TSDT has done to date. He is a minority languages and cultural researcher with experience as a contemporary historian. He has documented, compiled and published several articles and books on the Tjwao language and culture. Through collaborations and individual initiative, he has managed to build himself up as an authority in Tjwa history, language and culture. He has collaborated with a number of international, regional and local development and research institutions on the development of the Tjwao language culture and livelihoods. Mr. Ndlovu holds several certificates that include Strategic Management (Open Training Inst Australia-2014)Early childhood development (Gowrie Victoria,Australia-2014), Sociology (University of Western Sydney Australia-2014), Systems analysis and design cert (Intec College SA-1999), Psychology Diploma (Advanced Learning Interactive Systems Online (ALISON) 2014) Consultancy Management Certificate (British Council 2011), Conflict Analysis Certificate (US Institute of Peace 2010), Customer service management Cert (UNISA - 2006). He is currently studying for a diploma in peace building, customer service management, and consultancy management. Good team player, good organizational abilities.
