"A TRIBUTE TO CHAPLIN"

LOGLINE: This 3 act pantomime is adapted from Chaplins movies and brought to the stage in true vaudeville fashion. Aura Marie wrote, directed, and stars in this sweet comedy. Also available for private parties and corporate events.

SYNOPSIS:

The first act is, "The Flower Stand". Affection for a lovely lady gets the best of Chaplin as he innocently catches the eye of the Keystone Cop instead. A chase that ends up in the Tramps favor that is true to the comedic antics of silent film era. The second act, "The Waiter" the Tramp is trying hard to impress the patron of his service skills. With the food station not stocked, the waiter has to use his wits and what is at hand to to appease the patron. The third act is the "Flea Circus" Professor Bosco is having a hard time keeping th fleas in line, especially, Hercuflea, the star of the circus. After chasing them in the audience he is able to to "convince" Hercuflea to be a showflea. Can Hercuflea survive? The show ends with Chaplins beloved song, Smile.
