Nick Assunto - Stage32 Script Services

Hi Jill, so this isn't quite a logline yet. This is more of the background of your story. The logline needs to introduce the protagonist, what they want, what they're up against, and what they have to do essentially. So who's the lead of your story? Rewrite this from their point of view. You don't need to tell us the location or the year like that, but if it comes up naturally in the writing of the logline then fine. You also shouldn't ask questions. Loglines are clinical and meant to literally tell us what this story is about.

Thanks, Nick, for your feedback. I'll keep working on it.

Hey Jill, I agree with Nick Assunto - Stage32 Script Services. Not quite there. Try to keep it to one or two sentences and don't end with a question.

Thanks, Jason.
