With a name like his, Jorge Lucas was doomed to a life of filmmaking at birth. Now, with multiple music videos and short films under his belt as writer/director, and a full-time job as an assistant editor at Blue Sky Studios, it's safe to say he's found his calling. For the past seven years, Jorge has worked at Blue Sky Studios on animated films like "The Peanuts Movie" and "Ferdinand." His latest credit is on the Will Smith film "Spies in Disguise" as a Second Assistant Editor. After creating two music videos for Baltimore indie band "Sunbathers," Jorge co-wrote and directed a short Japanese horror film called "Bakemono." Jorge's primary passion is feature screenwriting, and he hopes to produce a feature-length version of "Bakemono" along with many other ideas.
