Aldo took part in a huge charity event with fellow chef Enzo Oliveri at Headley Court for the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre for severely injured service personnel. Aldo designed the canapé menu for the evening, which went down a treat with all the guests, and managed to meet up with Jerry Hall, who said my mushroom risotto was the best she’s ever had, as well as Duncan Bannatyne.
