Javier Devitt

Javier Devitt is an Argentine filmmaker based in NYC.
He began his career at a young age, working various roles in advertising production. He later specialized in post-production, and worked as a VFX supervisor for many years. Since 2015, he has been represented as a director by Bdebueno.tv. In 2017, he received a grant from INCAA (the Argentine National Film Institute) to produce his first fictional work, “M.”
”M” had its North American premiere in the official selection of the Episodic Pilot competition at SXSW 2019 and has since won multiple awards from around the world, playing at more than twenty festivals.
He is now working as a freelance director in NYC.
