A manager of a veteran's homeless shelter reunites with his past, as triumph and tragedy trickle in from the cold for the winter holidays.


War can leave deep scars, and Veteran's shelter manager CHRIS TAYLOR, 58, is no stranger to the flaws of conflict, being a Vietnam veteran himself. Chris holds a tragic lesson within his heart after he married a Vietnamese girl in 1973, but was unable to get her out after the fall of Saigon. In time his heart would find comfort in the peaceful unknown that shelters him from the brutal honesty hidden deep within his fragile heart.

Years later an aging Vietnam Vet Chris Taylor, 58, is tasked to host a Christmas celebration at the Veteran's shelter for SALVATION. Christmas draws close and homeless Vets slowly wander in from the cold, yet the ghosts of his past bring demand a resolution of closure and light. Chris must pull broken men together, as he contends with the reality of post-war trauma that takes its toll on the men of war during the lonely holidays
